Processing Times

  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1 business days after payment is confirmed. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.


Shipping Rates

  • Flat Rate Shipping: We offer flat-rate shipping for domestic orders.

  • Free Shipping: Orders over $99 qualify for free shipping through the contiguous states. Restrictions may apply to specific regions.

  • Duties & Taxes for International Orders: Duties, taxes, customs and other fees that vary by country are now included in your checkout total. 


Delivery Times

  • Standard International Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 7-21 business days, depending on your location.

  • Expedited Shipping: Available for contiguous states. See rates at checkout.

  • Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to customs delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.


Customs and Import Taxes

  • Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs inspections. This can add additional days to the delivery timeline.

  • Customers are responsible for knowing and complying with their country’s import laws and regulations.

  • If a package is held or refused at customs, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping costs or fees.


Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • If your order is lost or delayed, please contact us at hello@alkaa.com. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

  • Insurance options are available at checkout for added protection.


Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor the progress of your shipment.

  • Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Regions We Ship To

  • We currently ship to the countries shown on our dropdown menu.

  • Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to any countries not on our dropdown menu.


Shipping Changes & Order Modifications

  • Address changes or modifications can only be made before your order is shipped. Contact us immediately at live@happilyeveralkaa.com. if changes are needed.

  • We cannot redirect packages once they have been dispatched.


Returns Due to Shipping Issues

  • If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal to pay customs fees, or unclaimed delivery, we can resend the package (additional shipping costs apply) or issue a refund for the product(s) only.
